From North Long Island

Take Rt. 112 South to the Horseblock Road intersection. Make a left onto Horseblock Road. Drive 1/2 mile on Horseblock Road until you reach the Medford Plaza located on the left side.

From South Long Island

Take Rt. 112 North. Make a right at the first intersection after passing the L.I.E onto Horseblock Road. Drive a 1/2 mile until you reach the Medford Plaza located on the left side.

From East Long Island

Take exit 65 on the L.I.E Horseblock Road. Make a right at the light and drive 1/8 mile. Medford Plaza is on the right hand side.

From West Long Island

Take exit 64 on the L.I.E Rt. 112 North. Make a right at the first intersection onto Horseblock road. Drive 1/2 mile on Horseblock Road until you reach the Medford Plaza located on the left side.
